How To Return An Item

We are accepting returns on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@csrbuilding.ca for more information.

The following basic limitations still apply:

• We will not accept returns on any opened products or any item without a receipt.
• Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item of your purchase.

If we made a mistake with your order or your order arrived damaged:

Please email info@csrbuilding.ca to request a refund or exchange and we will assign you a return label with a tracking #.

Mail your returned item to:

Please include in your package you original packing slip with order number indicated on it.

Return Exceptions

Select items will now be considered final sale including clothing, shoes, wearables, masks, filters, and personal safety equipment.

Some items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" cannot be returned.

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
